At WEZTORA, we value customer satisfaction and strive to provide high-quality products. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective.

  • You received the wrong item.

  • The item is significantly different from its product description.

To qualify for a return, the item should be unused, in its original condition, and, whenever reasonably possible, returned in its original packaging.


2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for the following items once they have been opened, used, or removed from their sealed packaging unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Electric shavers

  • Hair removal devices

  • Beauty and skincare products

  • Personal care products

  • Intimate-use products

  • Oral care products

  • Items marked as non-returnable


3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos or videos showing the problem

  • Photos of the shipping package (if applicable)

We will review your request and provide an appropriate resolution as quickly as possible.


4. Refunds

Once your request has been approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.


5. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to:

  • A damaged product

  • A defective item

  • An incorrect shipment caused by us

WEZTORA will determine the appropriate resolution based on the circumstances.

For all other approved returns, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by applicable law.


6. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they enter processing.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.


7. Refused or Undeliverable Orders

If an order is returned because:

  • An incorrect shipping address was provided

  • The customer refused delivery

  • The package was not collected

  • Delivery could not be completed for reasons attributable to the customer

Any refund may be reduced by applicable shipping, handling, return shipping, or carrier charges where permitted by law.


8. Lost Packages

If your package appears to be lost during transit, please contact us.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment before determining the appropriate resolution.

Packages marked as Delivered by the carrier may require additional verification before any replacement or refund is considered.


9. Delivery Delays

Estimated delivery times are provided as guidelines only.

WEZTORA is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs clearance

  • Weather conditions

  • Carrier delays

  • High shipping volumes

  • Natural disasters

  • Government actions

  • Other events beyond our reasonable control


10. Exchanges

We do not offer direct product exchanges.

If eligible, customers may return the item under this policy and place a new order for the desired product.


11. Fraud Prevention

To protect both our customers and our business, WEZTORA reserves the right to decline refund or replacement requests in cases involving suspected fraud, abuse of our return policy, chargeback abuse, or false claims.
